Content: This program, consisting of three short films, introduces us to the work of pioneering Belgian filmmaker Charles Dekeukeleire, who, in the late 1920s, chose cinema as a medium for experimentation and set out in search of a pure cinema. Together with surrealist filmmaker Henri d'Ursel and writer Ernst Moerman, they formed the first generation of Belgian avant-garde cinema.
