The service gives opportunity to physical or judicial person to transfer his own documents to the National Archives for temporary preservation. For this purpose, he addresses the National Archives or the Central or Regional Archives of its system, in a written form.
Before receiving documents on deposit preservation, agreement is concluded between the National Archives and the owner. The conditions of choosing, transferring and using for the deposit preservation are written out.
The fee of the service is determined according to the 12th paragraph of the article 1 of the resolution 506 of the December 29, 2011 of the Government of Georgia.
