In the frames of the project of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia - "Electronic Cartography" - digital copies of the Georgian maps are published on the web in high resolution.
Various maps of the 19th-20th centuries together with the detailed annotation are available on the official webpage of the National Archives of Georgia: http://archives.gov.ge/ge/saqartvelos-rukebi and on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/national_archives_of_georgia/sets/72157650361291667
The project "Electronic Cartography" foresees to create the digital copies of the maps that are preserved at the fonds of the National Archives, to annotate and to represent them to the society. Before the Georgian maps, the National Archives of Georgia published over 40 maps of the Caucasian region and these maps were very popular among the society.
