The National Archives of the Ministry of Justice Georgia had served approximately 38 000 citizens during the 9 months of 2013.

Central Historical Archive, Central Archives of Contemporary History, Central Audio-Visual and Film Archive, Central Archive of Kutaisi, as well as the local archives issued approximately 38 000 thematic and social-legal notifications for the citizens.  Approximately 940 researchers have worked at the reading room. Among them 55 were foreign citizens.

Citizens actually require the birth, death, marriage certificates; repression and rehabilitation certifications; certificate of seniority, genealogy and biography, also certificate of property right etc.
