The National Archive of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia served 11,000 citizens in the first half of 2023.

The National Archives' central, regional, and local archives collectively issued 9664 archival notices during this time. Furthermore, 1059 researchers—37 of them were foreign nationals—used the researchers' hall services. Over the course of the year, the researchers focused on a number of topics, including the history of infectious diseases in Georgia and the Caucasus, the political significance of the South Caucasus, the Institute of the King in the Caucasus in the 19th century, the architecture of Tbilisi, the history of Georgian resorts and sanatoriums, and the genealogy of family names.

Furthermore, as part of the state project "On the special rule of systematic and sporadic registration of rights to land plots and perfection of cadastral data," 6,058 letters were sent in response to information requested by the National Public Registry Agency, and 322,008 archival data were processed as part of the systematic registration project.The National Archives provides citizens with social and legal information such as birth, death, marriage, information about repression and rehabilitation, work experience verification, biographical data, proof of property rights, and more.
