The National Archive Project of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia "Expeditions of the National Archive" envisages the collection of video and photo materials about the historical monuments of Georgia and the filling of archival funds with modern documents.

The National Archive preserves unique film and photo documents about Georgian architectural and historical monuments. The material collected within the framework of this project will further enrich the already existing treasure, which will soon become an invaluable source for researchers interested in these issues.

A special group has been created for the expeditions, the members of which are: Director of the Central Archive of Film Photographic Documents of the National Archive Giorgi Kakabadze (author of the project), Head of the Scientific Department of the National Archive Ketevan Asatiani (scientific direction), employees of the Central Archive of Film Photographic Documents - Armen Petrosian (photographer) and Dimitri Jaliashvili (photographer) .
